Women's Business and Services Fair
The First Annual Women's Influence Network (WIN) Business and Services Fair will be held Wednesday, November 12th from 4-6 p.m in the Hub at Utah Tech University, located at Atwood Innovation Plaza.

This fair designed to spotlight women-owned businesses, service providers, and organizations that align with WIN’s core principles & values of love, connection, growth, and abundance, we value:

**We will have a business cards section/board and place to network for those who are not looking for a booth space.
**Community resources and non-profits will not be required to bring a table and will be located in our regular Atwood Innovation Plaza 164 room with a table (may be shared depending on the number of applicants).

PLEASE, A COUPLE OF NOTES, BUT POTENTIALLY MORE TO COME AFTER ACCEPTANCE:
1. What is the cost of a booth?
NOTHING!! All we ask is either for a cash donation (Venmo is @WIN_STG) OR donate something for our passport prize booth (gift card, physical goods, game of golf at the golf course, movie tickets, merchandise, etc.). This will also help in advertising. If you have something you'd like to donate to our Silent Auction for our Holiday Soiree held at Kayenta, please indicate this in your application.
2. All I have to do is apply and I'm in, right?
No. Approval is based on several things, including space and level of interest. We want to include everyone but do not know the level of interest. This is our first, so we will do it based on an approval process this go around to see how it goes!
I'll know if I am accepted right away? No. Each business and service is thoroughly vetted to make sure information provided is correct. Please allow a MINIMUM of 4 weeks for the application process. Because this process requires volunteer time and no fee requested, please be patient with us.
3. Can my organization have booth? WIN is a neutral and inclusive community space. We want all members of our community to feel comfortable--any non-profits allowed need to be in keeping with the goals and values of WIN.
We do not allow religious organizations, proselytizing, political campaigning, or politically motivated non-profits or vendors.
5. What can I bring?
We will let you know as the event date gets closer and you are accepted. However, if you are a business or service (not a non-profit/community resource) you will need to bring a six foot folding table for your booth. No tents.
No cooking on site. Again, power will not be provided and we do not have approval for cooking.
5. Can I sell product?
No, but you can bring samples and direct individuals to your social medias. See next question.
6. Can you bring samples of product? Or Merchandise?
YES! This is what we are hoping for--please bring whatever you need to present your product, business, or service.
